New Recipe Taste Test

This past weekend, 3/17/18, I asked other vendors and customers to sample taste and vote for the Chow-Chow they liked the best. They had 2 choices. It was a close race but Chow=Chow B won by 2 points. One customer made a good suggestion. She recommended I do both recipes, but make one a "sweet heat" Chow-Chow. We'll see how this weekend at the Dallas Farmers Market goes with the taste testing.
