I MINT to tell you that we use real MINT in our Jalapeno MINT Jelly. We grow it in our herb garden. I wish I could say we also grow the jalapenos... but we don't. wo out of three ain't bad  Separating mint stems from leaves  We use fresh lemon juice not concentrate  Some of the mint from our herb garden a delightful marriage
