We haven't posted anything recently because we've been so busy making preserves. Since our last post, we've made double & triple batches of Chow-Chow, Hot Chow-Chow, Berry Peachy Jam, Watermelon Rind Pickles, Dilly Beans and Squash Pickles. Thanks to Ms. Lucille, (for the squash & tomatoes) and other farmers in the area, we have been cranking out jars right regular. We will not be at the Farmers Branch Farmers Market this weekend but hope to return the next 3 wknds- June 22,29 and July 6. Also need to thank Ms. Lucille for the tomatoes that became Tomato Pear Chutney! Got it done!
