Getting Ready for Opening Night

This Thurs. evening, 9/26, Providence Preserves, along with several other food & beverage vendors from the state have been selected to give samples of our products at the 7th Annual Invitation-Only Preview Event sponsored by Texana Brands and Southwest Dairy Farmers. This will be the kick-off to the opening of the GO Texan Pavilion. I hope Ken & I will have the where with all to remember to take pics at this very special event. It will give us a chance to discuss our product(s) with retail buyers and influential food bloggers. We are really curious to know what food bloggers will think of the Chow-Chow. Each guest will get tickets to vote for their favorite sampler. Checks will be presented to the first & second place winners in beverages and food.
We're gonna bring our A Game and hope all goes well with all of us vendors.
