Although the Christmas Market will go on I will not be able to participate this weekend. Hope to return next weekend, Dec 15th.
So, go out and support the vendors, see the lights, talk to Santa and enjoy the Christmas music.

    Greetings

    I believe there is something very special about making 
    preserves. Although it seems labor intense to some people it is pure joy for me! It's almost therapeutic. I love to stand and stir a boiling pot containing fresh fruit. The scent is tantalizing! But, better than cooking the product  is seeing the end result of filled jars with delicious goodness. I hope you will enjoy eating the jams and pickles as much as I enjoy making them.
    O taste and see.....
